Items in stock will be shipped within 7 business days. Certain patterns only.
Most items will be ordered from the manufacturers and ship 2 to 4 weeks after order confirmation.
Further delays are possible due to manufacturers' production schedules and technical production problems. We have no influence on production and are not responsible for delays caused by it.
The transfer time varies on shipping method and country of recipient.

You will be able to choose the shipping method during check out.
Customs procedures upon arrival in your country may cause a delay.

Important:
Please inspect any parcel upon arrival for outer damage before you sign for it.
All shipments are fully insured, in the unlikely event of loss or damage to your shipment, we will supply replacements free of charge to the customer. In case replacements are not available, a refund will be given. We reserve the right to request a photograph of the damages.
Claims must be made to the carrier right away.
- In case of shipments by International Parcel Post, the damaged parcel must be taken to the local post office, and a claim report has to be filed.
- In case of shipmets by MPL, the claim must be made to MPL
Furthermore, customers must report breakages, damages, and shortages within 7 days of receipt of the shipment to us.
Please retain the original carton, packaging materials and damaged merchandise for inspection by the carrier - otherwise the claim cannot be honored.
Steps of order and pay parcels from abroad
- After the selected products are placed in the cart and the order has been closed the customer will receive an automatic confirmation e-mail.
- The same letter is also received by the customer service.
- At the central store we start to get ready the ordered parcel (on working days).
- If any product has been sold out meantime but may be replaced with another item, the customer service will contact the customer (by e-mail or over phone) to consult on the changes.
- If consultation was necessary and the customer has accepted the offer, the modified order will be closed.
- At this stage the costumer will receive a letter containing a detailed list and the total amount of the order.
- Then the costumer has to come back to the site and make the payment by credit card or via PayPal.
- As soon as the value of the order enters to our bank account, the parcel will handed over to the MPL service.
- After that the parcel arrives within the terms can be seen the above tables. There is no need to pay to the parcel courier!
- Optional currencies: EURO.
- We send an e-mail about every step of the order and its current status.
- We don’t harass anyone unnecessarily via e-mail or phone. If we look for you after all, we do it in order that your parcel could arrive complete and as soon as possible.
- It is possible that during the consultation period there are fluctuations of exchange, namely the products ordered at the order date will be cheaper or more expensive. You have to pay the prices that were valid on the day your order was placed.
